Tanium ist Nr. 10 auf der Liste der 100 besten Arbeitsplätze im Bereich mittlere Unternehmen von FORTUNE von 2019

Emeryville, Calif., 17. Oktober 2019 – Tanium, the proven platform for endpoint visibility and control, is honored to announce that, for the second year in a row, it has achieved recognition as a leading workplace by FORTUNE Magazine and Great Place to Work®. Tanium ranked 10th on the “100 Best Medium Workplaces” list for 2019, moving up 45 spots from its previous ranking.

The results found that Tanium ranked highly in the categories of trust and teamwork, dedication to customer success and pride in the company. Among highlighted results, 97% of Tanium team members rated the company as a great workplace for its welcoming atmosphere and 94% noted that their work has special meaning. Employees also cited the company’s team-oriented culture, its caring people and cooperative environment as major benefits of working at Tanium.

“We are honored to have placed on FORTUNE Magazine’s annual list of the ‘100 Best Medium Workplaces’ for the second year in a row,” said Orion Hindawi, Tanium co-founder and co-CEO. “This is a tremendous achievement for our company and a testament to the culture we’ve built at Tanium. Our people will always be the core of our company, our biggest asset and our strongest competitive advantage. Their hard work and unstoppable dedication to our customers and each other is what fuels our growth and makes Tanium a great place to work.”

Great Place to Work® analyzed anonymous survey feedback representing more than 189,000 employees at Great Place to Work-CertifiedTM organizations. Employees completed Great Place’s anonymous Trust Index survey, answering questions about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace, including their assessment of the honesty and quality of communication by managers, degree of support for employees’ personal and professional lives and the authenticity of relationships with colleagues.

“We are on a singular mission to revolutionize IT management and security and protect the world’s largest organizations from disruption,” said Bina Chaurasia, Chief People Officer at Tanium. “At the foundation, we believe that if we hire the right people, trust and enable them, and ground everything we do in our values, then we will achieve our mission and build a company to be proud of.”

“Small and medium-sized businesses have a tremendous influence on the US economy and workforce,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. “Organizations like Tanium have found the key not only for winning top talent against their larger competitors, but also for playing a leadership role in dramatically improving the day-to-day experience of US labor conditions by creating great workplaces where everyone can succeed regardless of who they are or what job they perform.”

Tanium this year was also named one of the Best Workplaces in the Bay Area and the United Kingdom, named to Forbes Cloud 100 list, and recognized as one of Morgan Stanley’s CTO Innovation Award Winners.
